Friday, September 28th

11:30    Arrive at NOC Cove for Check in (Meal not provided, Eat before arival)
12:00    Welcome, overview of leadership experience, Icebreakers and Introductions
                   Kay Ranney & Lynn Hunt - Class IV Chairman
                   Tony Wisely - Class I - History, Purpose
                   Sherry DeBord - Class I - Leadership Oklahoma, Icebreakers
 1:00    Break
 1:15    Leadership Discussion - Elaine Dodd (overview of leadership with application to local economies)
 3:00    Break
 3:15    Personality profile and how you interact - Elaine Dodd -(communications and rapport building skills)
 5:30    Alumni Arive
 6:00    Meal   (Shrimp & Crab Boil)  
 7:00   Class#5 Group Picture, Alumni Group Picture
           LNC Mixer      (Mixer with Class I,II,III, & IV)

Saturday, September, 29th

  7:00    Clean up and check out of rooms.
  8:00    Breakfast in Ponca City
  9:00    Group Challenge at Camp McFadden
12:30    Lunch
  3:00    Wrap up Session
  4:00    Head for Home

Take highway 77 North out of Ponca City.
Go East on Highway 11 for 10 miles.
After you go down a steep hill, to your right you will see a large stone sign with the words “Windmill Acres”.
Beyond that is a sharp right curve in the highway and a Kay Electric Coop sign.
Turn Right (South) on Acker Hill Road at this curve.
Continue  .6 miles on Acker Hill Road.
NOC Campground is on the right.  The entrance gate to NOC is a metal pipe, white with red lettering.

What to Bring

Pillow, sheets, blankets, etc. for Double Bed. (Dormitory Style Housing)
Towels, soap, personal items, etc. for bathing.
Comfortable outdoor clothing for Friday morning, there will be some physical activity at the Group Challenge.  (Loose fitting Active Wear?)
 (May Be Cool?, Dress in Layers?)
Casual dress for sessions.
Bug Spray, sun screen, sun glasses???   For Saturday
